Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC, born on March 4 1954 she is a Canadian-American actress. O'Hara has won numerous prizes that include the Genie Award (a Golden Globe Award) and two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Primetime Emmy Awards. In addition, O'Hara was awarded six Canadian Screen Awards. In 2018, O'Hara was appointed an Officer of Canada. In 2020 she received the Governor General’s Performing Arts Performing Arts Artistic Achievement Award. O'Hara first drew notice as an actress in 1974, as an actor in The Second City improvisational comedy troupe in Toronto. Alongside John Candy and Dan Aykroyd as co-stars, she was in the main team of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara, Candy, and Dan Aykroyd began work on Second City Television's sketch comedy series (1976-1984). O'Hara received high praise for her comedy acting and writing abilities, earning her an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writer for the Variety Series in 1982. In 2022, O'Hara was added to the newly formed Second City artistic advisory board headed by Stephen Colbert, along with Steve Carell, Dwayne Colbert, Tina Fey, Keegan-Michael Key, Julia Louis-Dreyfus Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows, Peter Murrieta, Suzy Nakamura Sam Richardson, Jeff Richmond, Jason Sudeikis, and Robin Thede.
